I am what I choose to become.

About
Jill Farabelli
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 2 decades of experience. During this time, my practice has been centered around helping individuals who are experiencing life transitions, seeking personal development, facing serious illness, and supporting stages of grief and loss.

As a psychotherapist, I have trained in several different modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I use an integrated approach to therapy, drawing upon the different modalities in which I've trained, including mindfulness practice and breath work. Each client is unique and together we will find the approach that serves your needs.

You showed up for yourself today by taking this first step, I am here to help.

I have a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, helping people to explore and resolve deeper issues that might be holding them back or manifesting as depression or anxiety. I approach each client by starting from a place of warmth, compassion and free of judgement. My hope is to ensure you will have a safe space for your concerns to be seen, heard and validated.
I specialize in helping clients to navigate major life transitions, coping with serious illness/grief, overcome feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed, improve their relationships, and live with a stronger sense of vitality and purpose.

If you choose to work with me, together we will partner towards a future where you feel the most supported, favorite version of yourself.
The supervisory relationship can be one of the most profound professional relationships we engage in as we begin our careers. I believe supervision should be a place where supervisees feel safe and can bring challenges, thoughts and ideas. I truly believe quality mentorship can shape the future of a clinician. I view myself as a partner on this journey with you - offering practical tools for application, developing a solid ethical base for practice and enhancing self-confidence as a practitioner. I look forward to supporting you in your journey towards clinical licensure.
